Support Groups
are the most effective way to change unwanted behavior.
Research
with cancer patients reveals that those who maintain a support group, had
higher survival rates. We know from years of research into
addictions including weight loss, drugs, and alcohol that support groups
work.
There is a synergy involved that creates a space
for transformation. In one on one therapy, the issue is
created where the individual can develop a transference for the therapist
and become dependant upon them. In a group, this does not occur.
Now, in the comfort
of your own home, you can join a group with Dr. Smith as leader. You
will follow the instructions in the workbook, Take Back Your Power!, and
have the availability of Dr. Smith's guidance for any questions.
Sliding scale fees are paid on a monthly basis by
credit card through Paypal to:
